Ending our presentation on Garlic and Hawthorn & High Blood Pressure (1997) to Society of Teachers of Family Medicine in Atlanta dozens of Family Practice M.D.s gave us a standing ovation.

Why Was that? It was because of 4 proven arguments (using over 500 published peer reviewed studies) on the scientific basis for using two herbs Garlic and Hawthorne in High Blood Pressure. These 4 simple statements that follow are clearly documented and are easy to understand!

Proven Statement One: High Blood Pressure does not exist at all in over a dozen societies

Proven Statement Two: The need for low-cost treatment of chronic High Blood Pressure is the top of priority at CDC according to Tom Frieden, Director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (2012-2019).

I suggest a starting point of High Blood Pressure Tea and 1-2 grams of Garlic and Hawthorne daily. This protocol is completely safe for Mild High Blood Pressure and of course keep your heart doctor (if you have one) fully informed. Treating Mild High Blood Pressure with lifestyle and herbs is safe but anything above Mild High Blood Pressure must be cleared with you Doctor.
